The Daily Nourish: Overnight Oats

 

We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

This is how I nourish my body at breakfast time - with overnight oats.

Oats, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, LSA (ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds), chia seeds, quinoa flakes, buckwheat and coconut, all soaked overnight in almond mylk or water. Soaking seeds and nuts activates them and enhances their nutritional value.

I like to top my overnight oats with coconut yoghurt, protein powder and this morning's treat: feijoas! My fav fruit! Food of the gods.
