  • Private or duet training at Ange Pilates home studio in St Heliers, Auckland. (appointment only)

  • Group Reformer classes at Genesis Fitness Remuera. Get in touch for timetable information.

  • Do you have your own Reformer or other Pilates Apparatus? Ange Pilates is available for private training either in your home or for virtual online sessions via ZOOM


Matwork Sessions

Fall in love with the Original 34 Pilates Matwork Repertoire created by Joseph Pilates; designed to challenge the mind and sculpt the body.

With over fifteen years experience as a Pilates Teacher, Ange will guide you through a specialised workout tailored to your ability, incorporating Pilates, Fletcher Floorwork and contemporary exercises. For beginners right through to advanced level.

  • Private training in the comfort of your own home or in the Ange Pilates Studio.

  • Virtual classes online via Zoom

  • Small group training in the Ange Pilates Studio (max 8 people).
